SIM1Racing is built for car communities that want more than a parking lot meetup. Hosted events must include simulator participation and follow our event rules so every meet stays safe, organized, and professional.

Important Rules

Before You Request a Date

  • Simulator participation is required for all hosted events.
  • “Park and chill” only events are not permitted.
  • Hosts are responsible for attendee supervision, parking lot management, and crowd control.
  • No revving, burnouts, reckless driving, loud music, littering, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
  • Marketing materials must be approved by SIM1Racing before posting.
  • All-day meets require permits due to city rules.
If your requested date is already filled, our team will contact you with alternate options.
