Event Duration Options

Groups can request a Cars & Coffee, Night Car Meet, or All Day Meet. All Day Meets always require permits due to city rules.

Cars & Coffee Best for morning community meets and casual group gatherings.
Night Car Meet Best for evening car groups, club meetups, and night events.
All Day Meet Permits required. Best for larger events, shows, and extended event setups.
If a selected date is already booked, guests will be notified:
“This slot is filled. Please choose another date.”
After the request is submitted, SIM1Racing will review the event details, agreement form, attendance size, permit needs, and schedule before confirming the booking.

SIM1Racing Event Host Agreement

Before your request can be reviewed, the event host must complete SIM1Racing’s required Event Host Agreement.

  • Simulator participation is required for all hosted events.
  • “Park and chill” only events are not permitted.
  • Hosts are responsible for staffing, parking lot management, crowd control, security, and attendee supervision.
  • No revving, burnouts, loud music, reckless driving, littering, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
  • Hosts must leave the area clean; cleanup fees may apply.
  • Marketing materials must be approved by SIM1Racing.
  • All Day Meets require proper permits due to city rules.
  • Failure to comply may result in cancellation or loss of hosting privileges.
